  • Data Processor: We utilize our affiliate, Nitropace LLC, as a technical service provider to process data and host the underlying software infrastructure.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details (processed via Stripe).
  • Connected Account Data: If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn), we collect authentication tokens and public profile information necessary for the Service to function. We never store your passwords.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including logs, device information, and IP addresses.
  • User Inputs: Text prompts, settings, and content you upload for the AI to process.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process payments and send transaction receipts.
  • AI Improvement: We may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to refine the AI models and algorithms owned by Nitropace LLC. We do *not* use your private inputs to train public models unless explicitly opted-in.

  • Service Providers: Including Nitropace LLC (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

  • Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@rapidxl.com. Upon request, we will delete your data from our active servers within 30 days, retaining only what is required for tax and legal compliance.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
